Welcome to BELEVE.AI. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. BELEVE.AI is operated by Hyphen Health Pty Ltd (ABN 31 651 461 108).
BELEVE.AI generates personalised AI videos of magical characters (such as the Easter Bunny, Santa Claus, Tooth Fairy, Birthday characters, and Elf on the Shelf) appearing in scenes from your own photos. You upload a photo, we generate a video using AI, and deliver it to your email address.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By placing an order, you confirm that you are an adult purchasing the service for personal, non-commercial use. The videos are intended to be shared with children by their parents, guardians, or family members.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of checkout. Once you complete payment, you will be directed to upload your photo. Your video will be generated and delivered to your email address, typically within 5 to 15 minutes.
By uploading a photo, you confirm that: You own the photo or have the right to use it. The photo is of an outdoor space, indoor room, or wrapped gift — not of a person's face or identifying features. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the photo solely for the purpose of generating your video. We will not use your photos for marketing, training AI models, or any purpose other than fulfilling your order, unless you provide separate written consent.
Once your video is generated and delivered, you own the output video for personal use. You may share it on social media, messaging apps, or with family and friends. You may not resell, sublicence, or commercially distribute the video. You may not use the video to deceive others into believing it is real security footage (outside the intended context of family entertainment). We retain the right to use anonymised or non-identifiable video outputs for promotional purposes, but will not use any video that identifies your property or personal details without your explicit consent.
Videos are generated by artificial intelligence. Results may vary and we cannot guarantee that every video will meet your expectations. AI-generated content may occasionally contain visual artefacts, unexpected animations, or imperfect results. We are continuously improving our prompts and generation quality.
If your video fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will either regenerate it at no extra charge or provide a full refund. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your video, please contact us at hello@beleve.ai within 7 days of delivery. We will assess each case individually and may offer a regeneration or partial refund at our discretion. Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind after viewing the video.
Promotional codes are subject to the terms specified at the time of issue. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotional codes at any time.
You agree not to: Upload photos that contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content. Use the service to create content that could be harmful, threatening, or harassing. Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with our systems. Use automated tools to access the service without our written permission. Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
All character designs, prompts, website content, branding, and code are the intellectual property of Hyphen Health Pty Ltd. The BELEVE.AI name, logo, and character designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our characters or branding.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all videos will meet your subjective expectations.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
